When I’m painting chipboard, ribbons, die cuts, really anything small, I like to use a journal page, or in this case, a piece of cloth. Then when I am finished with the intended project, I just use up any leftover paint from my palette to fill in any blank spots. A bit of white [...]

A page in process. I’ve been loving circles and arrows lately. Not sure where this will go next but I do know that I really wish I had a free motion foot on my sewing machine for this one….
This is my happy page right now. Wish the camera was able to capture the iridescent inks. Maybe one day there will be a way…The old Probe game (where the letter cards came from) has made me so happy!

Start with a page out of an old book. Die cut some shapes from cheap notebook paper. I used Tim Holtz’s tag with the book plates. Love those! I found really cheap notebooks at Staples this week – 1 cent a notebook! It was darn close to free! Back to the art…I die cut more [...]
I had such fun creating this page! There wasn’t a plan – just play. I’ll share what cool trick I learned while doing it tomorrow!
I was having the kind of day where I needed to be reminded to have faith. I used the paper I made from homework. You can see it here. I don’t think it is finished yet, but it is as finished as it will be for now.
