Hot Glue Stamps on a Gel Plate

See how to make a very fancy, exclusive tool for your gel printing! Okay, it’s not fancy, it’s fun. It’s not exclusive, you use everyday items. It’s a hot glue stamp made on cardboard. There is one thing that makes them much more useful for gel printing- I’m sharing that in the video with you.

The glue gun I’m using, I’ve had for years and can’t find one online to share with you. It may no longer be manufactured? The Cadmium Yellow Light Hue, Cadmium Orange Hue, & Permanent Light Green are from https://www.plazaart.com/ but I buy it in the store because I have a tough time finding the paints on their website.

  • Kathy Quinn ,

Hi Carolyn. I’ve been following you for years now, and I love the work you do. One video I found very helpful was the one where you talked about how to clear the clogged Dylusions spray bottles. Unfortunately, I forgot what you said so I need to watch the video again, but I don’t know how to find it. By the way, that video is the only information I’ve found about clearing clogged ink spray bottles, and I’ve looked and Googled up a storm. So thank you!

    • Gosh Kathy, I can’t remember which videos that would be in but what I do is soak the cap in water overnight. That unclogs them a lot of the time. Not always, but often. Hope that helps.

  • Linda ,

    Love the first print!

  • Robbie G ,
