Pitt Pens for Watercolors

Pitt Pens are great because they don’t run when wet, but there is a quick way to create a soft look with them.

1.  Write on glass or a non-stick craft mat & spray with water. You might remember this from a previous post…

2.  Then just set your paper in it.  I used a page from a vintage ledger to create a soft and gentle watercolor look.  When I use real watercolors the colors blend together and create just 1 blended color but with the Pitt pens I can see the different colors.  This is very serendipitous – each time it is different.  Each type of paper reacts differently.
