One of my favorite classes at Creative Escape was taught by a mother daughter duo, Jenaye and Kelli Collins. The fabric flower was my kind of fabric work – not precise (hence I am not a quilter) and it did not involve reading a pattern! I do have several of those rhinestone blingy buttons and I might actually use them instead of hoarding them in my stash of “for the perfect project” goodies.
A long weekend in Phoenix at Creative Escape renewed my soul! The whole southwest vibe mixed with 2 visits to the spa, GREAT friends, and artistic scrapbooking fun made for a wonderful trip. This necklace was made thanks to the charm swap! Loved how all the different charms together made such a treasure.
Just a reminder – if you’d like to win a spot at 21 Secrets be sure to leave a comment here! It’s a prize worth $59.00!
Got around to playing with my marbling kit – it was simple and easy! My kids and I had a blast putting drops of ink into a pan of water the swooshing a stick through it to create swirls.
